The first step in transforming your home is to contact us. Whether you prefer phone, email, or our online contact forms, we’re here to listen.
Discovery Session
Next, we arrange a phone call to discuss your vision and project specifications. This helps us give you a ballpark estimate and assess whether we’re a suitable fit for your needs.
Detailed Estimate
Then, we set up an in-person consultation to go over the project in greater detail. This allows us to fine-tune your goals and create a comprehensive contract. Once that's done, we apply for the necessary permits and wait for approval.
Construction Phase
Upon receiving permit approval, we schedule a pre-construction walkthrough. Your dedicated Project Manager will discuss the finer details and set expectations for the construction phase, and then the real magic starts.
Completion and Handover
As the project nears its end, we convene for a completion meeting to make sure everything is up to your expectations. Any remaining tasks or adjustments are dealt with promptly so you can start enjoying your new space without delay.
